We are a local elite training and sports performance center for youth athletes that are looking to improve their mobility, speed and strength. At Move Human Performance Center our youth sports performance training is based on helping young athletes improve and increase their agility, minimize injuries, improve self-awareness, and build their self-confidence!

MOVE is proud to be the training center of several collegiate athletes. These athletes started coming to Move while they were attending high school or even earlier. At Move all levels of fitness and athleticism are welcome. All we ask is that you or your athlete come with a positive attitude and a willingness to work at every session…. You get out what you put in!
Every athlete needs agility to be successful. Our training sessions focus on improving athletes speed and mobility. However, at Move our agility training focuses on athletes being able to think quickly on their feet. Using drills that improve speed and mobility these drills also incorporate competition giving athletes the opportunity to improve their decision-making skills. Remember it is a mindset at MOVE!
Injuries can affect young athletes mentally and physically. The goal of our Youth training sessions is to minimize the chance of those injuries occurring. From optimizing mobility & stability, developing a wining mindset and identifying your individual deficits Move human performance center helps you stay in the game.
Children that are involved with sports at an early age often go on to be successful in leadership roles. A strong body leads to a strong mind. At Move we are dedicated to helping young athletes feel good about themselves and their successes. When an athlete’s confidence in themselves grows their self-awareness grows.

University of Oregon Women’s Gymnastics – Kierstin attended Saguaro high school before attending the University of Oregon where she helped the Ducks place second in the 2019 NCATA National Championship.
