At MOVE our sports performance training improves functional movement to support will help athletes at all levels improve by focusing on fundamental sport specific movements that will develop athleticism, increase speed, strength, reduce injuries, and increase stamina.
With 20 years of experience in the sports field our goal at Move is to improve your athletic performance through functional movement training and competition.

Move Human Performance Center offers performance training for athletes in the East Valley of Phoenix Arizona (Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and Tempe).

Our performance training classes will give athletes of all level’s entry access to an elite level sports performance training program. If your goal is to increase your vertical for basketball, blocking strength for football, or increasing explosiveness for volleyball Move will help you reach your goals safely.

We Teach the Fundamentals at MOVE
Teaching the fundamentals of sports is a lost art. Move’s sports performance training focuses on the importance of basic sports specific movements. Move trainers are committed to using training techniques that will reduce an athlete’s risk of injury.
Competition is key… true competition isn’t about beating your opponents; true competition is about bettering yourself.

Here at MOVE we focus on positive competition. Our sports performance training classes at MOVE are done either in a group environment allowing for positive competition between athletes or done individually allowing athletes to compete with themselves.
