Meet Our Expert Team at Move Human Performance Center

Chad Dunn has over 20 years of experience in the health, Modern fitness and sports performance fields, originally from Colorado. Chad came to Arizona for the sunshine and competitive BMX racing. Having competitive bones and a fearless mindset, nothing has stopped Chad from conquering obstacles in life. Chad passes along these traits while working with and educating his clients or athletes.
After studying kinesiology and Spanish at Arizona State University, Chad began his career working as an exercise specialist at a well known physical therapy and sports performance clinic in Phoenix.

Chad has worked with patients and athletes of all levels, coaching them all to move and never give up. Using his motto “Mind Over Virtually Everything” Chads training gives athletes the competitive advantage needed in sports by modern fitness, the will to battle back from a catastrophic injury, or just succeed in life. Chads passion for helping others took a new turn while working with Eddy King. Eddy sustained a Spinal Cord injury and has battled back allowing him to walk again. Everyone under Chads care succeeds, failure is not an option. It’s not about the workout it’s about the lifestyle!! Chads hobbies include any extreme sport, playing with his English bulldog, watching people succeed, and hanging out with his wife Jackie and their three kids.

KAINE VIEIRA – BACHELOR OF SCIENCE STUDYING EXERCISE & WELLNESS WITH A SPECIALIZATION IN FITNESS

Kaine graduated from ASU in 2019 and started his professional career interning with Move. After applying his learned skills and gaining new knowledge, he was hired on and has been working on his craft for over 5 years. With his bachelors of science in exercise and wellness, he uses his skills to help clients achieve their physical goals & gain confidence in their bodies. Kaine grew up playing multiple sports and understands the necessary commitment top athletes require to play at a high level.

Kaine is a positive coach always smiling and challenging his clients to push past their known limits. He works with clients on their fitness training, sports performance & corrective exercise that each individual needs. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, and hanging out with his wife and two wiener dogs.

BRANDON BLAIR, PT, DPT - A.T. STILL UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES

Brandon is a licensed physical therapist and clinical director at Move Human Performance and Physical Therapy. With over three years of experience and a certification in spinal manipulation, Brandon has a deep passion for helping patients recover from trauma, burns, general orthopedic injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation in order to return to life and sport while utilizing a patient centered and individualized approach to his plan of care.

Whether treating complex cases or guiding athletes back to peak performance, Brandon combines evidence-based techniques with personalized care to help patients achieve their goals and reach their maximum potential. When Brandon is not working, he is usually spending time at the gym, in the kitchen making delicious food, on the golf course trying to keep the golf ball on the fairway, watching sports, and hanging out with friends and family.

JACKIE DUNN – CO-FOUNDER & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jackie is a Co-founder of MOVE and handles the day-to-day operations at Move (AKA the Boss). Jackie is the soul of Move. Her passion and compassion are contagious; with Jackie, it doesn’t matter if you are recovering from an injury or trying to reach specific physical goals; Jackie will be your biggest cheerleader and advocate. She will know who you are and what you need when you come in. To Jackie, you are not a number!

Makenzie Thompson - FRONT DESK

As the first face you’ll see at Move Performance, Makenzie is dedicated to making sure each patient’s journey starts off on the right foot. With a focus on insurance verification and connecting patients to the perfect therapist, she works hard to ensure everyone receives the best care. When she’s not at work, Makenzie enjoys camping, working out, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. She’s also excitedly preparing for the arrival of her baby!

Koby Jansen - PT, DPT, CSCS

Koby is a licensed physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach at Move Human Performance Center. A former Division 1 tennis player with a deep passion for sports, he specializes in orthopedic injury rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, lifting analysis, and helping patients of all ages and demographics reach their specific goals.
Growing up as a multi-sport athlete in Australia, Koby experienced firsthand the impact of injuries, sparking his dedication to physical therapy. His personal journey fuels his commitment to helping others overcome setbacks and achieve their specific performance and recovery goals. In his free time, Koby enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and tennis, watching sports, and spending time with his wife.

Berlin Colvin - Physical Therapist Assistant

Berlin was born and raised in Arizona, she pursued her passion for athletics by playing softball for 14 years, competing at the collegiate level at Barry University in Miami, Florida. Her dedication to sports and fitness inspired her to earn a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, which laid the foundation for her journey into Physical Therapy. She continued her education at PIMA Medical Institute, graduating as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2025.

 

Berlin is driven by her passion for helping others grow and supporting them through every step of their recovery journey. She is committed to making a positive impact on her patients’ lives, guiding them to reach their full potential.When outside of work, Berlin enjoys spending time in the kitchen, staying connected with friends and family, and embracing an active social life. She brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to working at MOVE!
