Move Human performance Center and Physical Therapy

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text delay=”0″]BYU women’s basketball coach Jeff Justin’s said last fall that Shaylee Would become one of the best players in school history when all was said and done.  After leading the Cougars in scoring with a 17.0 average and helping them win the West Coast Conference Tournament title, Shaylee also helped her team to advance to the second round of the NCAA March Madness Tournament.  Receiving 2018-2019 WCC Newcomer of the year honors, making all WCC First Team along with all WCC Freshman Team she wasn’t done there!

 

Team USA invited Shaylee to tryout for their U19 team with a chance to play in Bangkok, Thailand for the World Cup Championship.  Move is proud to handle all her Sports Performance workouts in preparation for this opportunity.  Click on the link below to watch a day in the life of her packed schedule and training regimen.

 

Tryouts concluded two weeks ago and out of the 16 invitees we are excited to announce that Shaylee will be representing Team USA as an alternate to the 12 selected.  Back at MOVE her training has resumed with some added fuel to the fire… Move it’s a lifestyle!!
