MOVE HUMAN PERFORMANCE AND PHYSICAL THERAPY COVID-19 UPDATE

The daily developments regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) remain the main concern at MOVE. Please know that the health and safety of you, our teams, and the community is our first priority at MOVE Human Performance Center and Physical Therapy.

WE ARE OPEN AND HERE TO HELP

MOVE is here to serve you, our patients, and the community.
While we cannot ensure a virus-free environment, MOVE Physical Therapy would like to update you on what we can do as a community, and the additional steps we have taken at MOVE Physical Therapy for the safety and health of our employees, patients, and the community.

Social distancing and good hand hygiene are essential for preventing virus transmission. Wearing a mask, as currently mandated in Maricopa County, can help curb the spread of COVID-19. This is especially true when physical distancing is difficult—like during your next physical therapy appointment.

WHAT MOVE PHYSICAL THERAPY IS DOING

All employees and clients will wear a face covering, unless there is a medical or safety concern.

Daily body temperature screenings have been implemented for all employees, patients and visitors.

MOVE employees are adhering to the same transmission precautions as our patients and visitors regarding travel, contact, and illness.

We are intentionally reducing the number of individuals in an area by spreading out the scheduling of appointments, limiting visitors, and maintaining social distancing when feasible.

If you are not feeling well please stay home, communicate with us, and we will make sure you get reschedule.
