My fitness journey started almost 7-1/2 years ago, my best friends Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer. The Dr gave him one month to quit smoking and if he was willing, he would do surgery and remove the tennis ball sized tumor from his lung and with a short time of radiation he could be cancer free. The day of his surgery we were all at the hospital on eggshells not knowing how it was going to go…
